Postage will not be refunded on returned items.
If you are not satisfied with your order bought from the website, you may return it for a refund. Please note, made to order items and pre-ordered items are not returnable so please ensure you use the size guide to buy the correct size.
You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to return your item. All returned items must be unworn and in perfect condition and in original packaging and tissue paper.
To request a return, you must contact us at [email protected] with your email and order details. A return authorisation and shipping instructions will be emailed to you.
Returns must be shipped with a trackable service and at the customer’s expense. Please notify us once you ship. Import & Customs charges on returns will be deducted from the original sale price.
At Johanna Sands we pride ourselves on making high quality slow fashion. Each dress has been meticulously inspected before being sent to you.
If we notice that you have a high returns rate, then we may take the decision to cancel any further purchases until we can understand a little more about what’s not quite working for you. If this is the case we will contact you via email to confirm your order has been cancelled.
Johanna Sands reserves the right to refuse return of any item which does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be returned to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.
