Postage will not be refunded on returned items.
Please note, made to order items and pre-ordered items are not returnable so please ensure you use the garment measurements and size guide to buy the correct size.
If your order is a pre-made item bought from the website, you may return it for a refund. You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to return your item. All returned items must be unworn and in perfect condition and in original packaging and tissue paper.
To request a return, you must contact us at [email protected] with your email and order details. A return authorisation and shipping instructions will be emailed to you. Please do not reply to the purchase confirmation email or Paypal receipt email as they are both no reply emails and will not received.
Returns must be shipped with a reliable trackable service and at the customer’s expense. Please ensure the item is insured for the full amount as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered items. We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please notify us once you ship your item. Import & Customs charges on returns will be deducted from the original sale price.
At Johanna Sands we pride ourselves on making high quality slow fashion. Each dress has been meticulously inspected before being sent to you.
If we notice that you have a high returns rate, then we may take the decision to cancel any further purchases until we can understand a little more about what’s not quite working for you. If this is the case we will contact you via email to confirm your order has been cancelled.
Johanna Sands reserves the right to refuse return of any item which does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be returned to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.
